🇬🇧 EnglishThe CORDAFLEX XPRT(N)SHTOEU 0.6/1KV is a flexible low voltage reeling cable specifically designed for power supply to Electrified Rubber Tyred Gantry cranes (E-RTG). The cable also supports configurations with integrated fiber optics for simultaneous transmission of power and data. This cable features exceptional performance under high and very high mechanical stresses, with no restriction on travel speed (it is recommended to consult the manufacturer for speeds beyond 240 m/min). The cable has obtained German VDE certification with registration number 7519, confirming its high quality and compliance with strict European standards. According to VDE (Association for Electrical Engineering), VDE certification is the most recognized quality mark for electrical products in Europe. E-RTG cranes are central to port electrification, and this cable is a key component in achieving green, low-carbon port operations as recommended by PEMA (Port Equipment Manufacturers Association).

تصميم الكابل
يتميز الكابل بتصميم دائري ثلاثي النوى مع موصل أرضي منقسم وعنصر بصري اختياري في الفجوات. يستخدم الكابل موصلات نحاسية معلبة دقيقة التجدل جداً من الفئة FS والتي توفر أعلى مستويات المرونة. يشمل التصميم عزل EPR من مركب PROTOLON MS الخاص وغلاف PCP من مركب PROTOFIRM الخاص مع تقوية بضفيرة بوليستر.

🇬🇧 EnglishThe cable features a three-core round design with split earth conductor and optional optical element in the interstices. The cable uses Class FS very finely stranded tinned copper conductors which provide the highest levels of flexibility. The design includes EPR insulation with special PROTOLON MS compound and PCP sheath with special PROTOFIRM compound, along with polyester braiding reinforcement. According to CIGRE, Class FS conductors offer superior flexibility for demanding reeling applications.
