2043Y 3 Core Braided Flex represents a specialized category of flexible cables designed specifically for appliances subjected to elevated operating temperatures. Unlike standard domestic flexible cables that use PVC insulation (limited to 70°C), the 2043Y employs rubber-based insulation compounds that maintain their electrical and mechanical properties at temperatures up to 90°C continuous operation and can withstand short-circuit conditions up to 160°C.
