NEN 1010 is the Dutch national standard for low-voltage electrical installations, serving as the guideline for installation, expansion, and adaptation of electrical systems in the Netherlands. This standard is the Dutch implementation of the international HD-IEC 60364 series and is equivalent to the British BS7671 wiring regulations. Compliance with NEN1010 is mandatory for all construction projects in the Netherlands, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
